    Physical Strength

    • Getting Started Physical Strength

    • Physical Strength: Print and Preform each exercise minimum 1-3 times daily. Hold each stretch for 30-60 seconds

    • Back Stretches: Preform each exercise 2-3 reps daily for a total of 20-30 stretches. Record on your 21 Day Chart

    • Stretch Workout: In chair or laying in your bed. Practice your balance, strength training to develop strong muscles. Keep track of the number of reps daily.
